The 4151 ladies' adaptive polo-style top combines a familiar everyday appearance with a full back opening for assisted dressing. Its overlapping back design and popper fastenings allow the garment to be placed from the front without pulling it over the head.

Designed for assisted dressing

The open-back construction may make dressing more convenient for women who find it difficult to lift or bend their arms. The overlapping panels provide back coverage when correctly fastened, while the front retains the appearance of a conventional polo-style top.
