The M029 Activity Traycloth is a lightweight sensory activity cloth designed for use on a compatible table or trolley tray. Its denim fabric base features colourful, familiar fastenings and textures that can be explored by hand. It offers an accessible activity option for people who enjoy tactile tasks, including some people living with dementia, memory difficulties or learning disabilities.
Hands-on activities for a familiar routine
The activity cloth brings together wooden beads, a bow-tying string, a touch-close strip, popper, stud and zip. These features offer opportunities to explore everyday fastening movements and different textures. They may be incorporated into a supported activity or conversation, but the product does not guarantee improvements in hand dexterity, concentration, independence or cognitive function.
Bright colours make the different features easy to distinguish for some users. A clear pocket can hold a photograph, drawing, greeting card or suitable activity card.
