M177 is an adaptive adult bodysuit designed to help keep clothing in place during everyday use. The popper arrangement provides access for personal care. It should not be described as a restraint or as a guaranteed way to prevent undressing; choose the size and fastening configuration with the person's comfort and consent in mind.

Our Adult Body Suit/T-shirt is thoughtfully designed to prevent undressing in people with Alzheimer's and other forms of Dementia.
Unintentional undressing for adults with dementia can be very stressful and undignified for the individual. The tendency to pull on clothing is just that clothing is "handy" and the constant need to keep the hands busy finds the clothes to be an easy target.
To help prevent this embarrassing situation, we have made our Adult Body Suits one piece with poppers, but with the appearance of a shirt.

The body suit is secured with poppers at the gusset to accommodate easy access for toileting and changing incontinence products. It's suitable for those prone to picking, pad shredding, and smearing behavior. A huge benefit as it helps maintain continence care and combat infection by keeping the wearer clean and secure.
Practicality
It can be worn on its own as a T-shirt when combined with jeans or shorts or can be put under clothing on a cold day for extra warmth.
All garments can be modified for a PEG or PEJ feeding, should additional care be needed.
